Liberton Terrace Housing Co-operative Ltd. was incorporated on July 1st, 1986 and construction began in 1987. Members had input into the design and development of the co-op – a community within a community – here in the heart of St. Albert, Alberta. Liberton Terrace has 43 units with 7 wheelchair accessible units.
Each unit has five (5) appliances and two (2) parking stalls assigned to each unit with outdoor plug-ins. We have a variety of floor plans for 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms.
